The shell is a McCord, fixed bale, front seam helmet in blue (representing the US Navy). The heat stamp is obscured by the blue paint.
The liner was manufactured by Firestone. The leather sweat band inside the liner is missing but the other support straps appear to be complete.
The chin strap is made up of two slightly different coloured straps.
